Happy Week Reflection

I really enjoyed being off last week and back to the routine today. These capris my grandma got me match this blouse perfectly as well..

 

 

 

 

 

I changed the house over for summer - I put those beloved yellow curtains in the guest room since those window are smaller and I could get away with just put one panel on the windows  and I think they go very well with this comforter- I love how it looks coming down the hall with the yellow hue...

Decided to put the duvet on my bed this go around with the orange curtains - I really like this as well

I like the yellow ones in the living room better but I need change these white ones looks crisp in the living room and now that I know I can hang one panel per window in the guest room - you will be seeing them in there as well :)

I enjoyed going to the pool just about every day this past week - the weather was absolutely perfect - sunny and hot - Friday was Free Swim Day and I was horrified when I got there to see those 4 buses but when I found out it was for a good cause I kinda felt badly for grumbling when I first got there :)

The one day that Mr. Man thought his back and knee could handle a short ride - the bike broke down and ate my emergency money that I had put away :(

My daughter posted these on Facebook - Jaxen has discovered the broom and enjoyed playing with it.. :)

Friday -

So glad it's Friday - I am officially on Stacey-cation...plan to spend my mornings at the pool and then guess I'll do school work. This is Father's Day weekend so I will be taking my trip to Fort Donnellson and visit my father's grave. This is the time I usually wallow and feel sorry for myself - my father died when I was 10 - my parent divorced when I was two - and the "adults" didn't act very...well...adult, if you know what I mean. I have always felt robbed by the fact I never had a father - I was even taught to call my father by his first name, which I still do today, makes me sad. The below sweater m and pants my grandma scored for me at Goodwill - aren't they fab? The necklace I already had matches it PERFECTLY. What are you doing this weekend?

Busy Busy

As you can see, I have been stress eating again - almost back to square one - I must get some discipline. Still trying to balance school back in my life - this accounting degree is going to be much harder than I thought. Summer is almost officially here. How have things been going?
