The weekend is upon us and I can't believe it's that time again to change the clocks back. That means I will be going to work in the dark AND coming home in the dark. Me No Likey! Hope you survived the Trick or Treaters. I am excited that this weekend I will be making 2 casseroles for my church that sponsor Room at the Inn - I love to cook and this is a way I can give back and try new recipes. I was going to do some fruity French toast - but I have decided that these men probably want something that sticks to their ribs a little more than that. Wish me luck that they turn out well!!
