Shopping Scores

Today is the first day of October. I changed the house over to fall this weekend, have the windows open all weekend but house chores and school work kept me close to home. Changing the house over by just changing curtains, comforters, shower curtains, and rugs is like getting new things to me. I am the type of person that changing my surroundings uplifts my mood. Since I didn't get to the Greenway this weekend, I hoped on my eliptical, the ab-coaster, did some chair dips, and some planks. I felt FAB; however, it was probably not a good idea to do so late at night (8ish) winds me up :) I have on my favorite scarf and that cool necklace in the below outfit.

I did score some really cool boots at Kohls on Friday  and my new found favorite Levis 529 for the curvy girl like myself. OH OH OH AND my friend Kristine gave me a blue suede skirt that she scored off e-bay but didn't like they way it fit. It was a 2fer, a leather skirt (what she wanted) and the bonus suede one (YAHHHH ME) :)

My daughter and I went to Target on Saturday night and I bought the pleated black skirt with the fuax leather waist. I'm still on the hunt for a khaki skirt - they had them but not in my size. <SIGH>
